I am currently doing LAWL program but am finding it difficutl and thought about switching to my WW old program. Have my old cookbooks etc and slider but cannot find my point totals. Although the last time i did WW i was lighter so my daily points would have been less, i weighed 190 now 178. What would my point calculator be daily. i cannot afford to join WW now as i have invested the money into LA but would like to try the WW instead. Anyone point me in the right direction?

Have you ever tried weight watchers online? It is consideralbly cheaper than weekly meetings. I believe the initial sign up is $69.00 for 3 months and 16.95 a month starting with the 4th month. You have point information, online tracking of your points and weight tracking available online. It is really a great set up and alternative to weight watcher meetings.

WW has changed their program so your daily points isnt just based on your weight anymore, many other factors are included, weight, age, sex, height and daily job activity each category has a point value to add up to get your daily points so it would be hard to say what your points would be! sorry i know this doesnt help you much
