I just wanted to share the above article I found it very interesting. Since it talks about starchy carbs having a negative effect I thought it would fit best in this area.

Great link Sharon! I'm glad they pointed out how "honey" is not as good as most people think! Sugars, white bread, white potatoes in excess should definately be avoided as we all know for fat loss...now we know that it can actually kill you! Great article! One food item that I do think the article overlooked was yams/sweet potatoes. They are very nutrient packed and although its a starchy vegetable...it's probably one of the best things you can eat for health and fat loss! I'd say this food would make an excellent addition to anyone's diet!
