i'm happy...i soo happy...
i started this weight loss journey at the begining of january, (january 4th) and i've lost...40 lb. to date.
i know i could do it better...i could exercise more and eat more healthy foods but here and there i needed to get off track... to stay on track if you know what i mean.
i want to thank you all for support

i know that have a lot more to lose ...60 lb more but i know i can do it with your help and inspiration!
