Default Starting MARCH 17TH.....whos with me???

Hello all, it has been almost 5 months since i loged in! I'd like to start a challenge. Starting May 17th, my goals are..

1) Exercise 3 times a week for 35mins. It can be any days that you choose, you just have to make sure that you exercise 3 days out of the week. For every week you do this you will earn a !!

2) Not eating after 8pm (or 3 hours before i got to bed). BIG problem for me!


Thats is for now, i think thats enough! Im going see if i can keep this going until May 17th (becuse it takes that long to form a GOOD habit) Who will join me!!

I'm New Here....i Would Love To Join The Challenge....i Finally Bought A Treadmill After 3 Months Of "thinking"...i Weight 254lbs...and Hate It...i Love Me, Though.....i Want To Loose At Least 30lbs To Start!!

I'll join in. I too need to get back to healthy eating and excersizing at least 3 times a week ...if not more. Although, i am working on my healthy eating today...tomorrow and this weekend will suck. my boyfriend and I are planning on doing alot of cooking and none of it is healthy...i assure you. My job will be to try to watch portions of these foods. But hopefully, he will be heading back to work and i can get back to a somewhat normal excersize and diet routine again.

I will join, those are two things I need to work on also. The other thing I am personally working on is water intake. When I am doing good I sometimes find it hard to believe but there have been weeks on end where I never drank more than 1 small glass of water. I drank teas, colas, coffee's, coffee's, um latte's.....lol I think you get the point!

So exercising 3x per week (two of mine will probably be a kung fu class we are taking but I need to more than that!)

And not eating after 8-8:30 for me (3 hours before bed)

and personally speaking exceeding 64 oz of water daily, that is a minimum.

edzard's right i think we should add water to the goals! I hear water curves the appetite AND helps flush fat out of the body! Im so happy you all are jumpn on board!!

Yes we do! you can post daily if you want, i think it isperational to post! You can even tell us how your getting ready for Monday. I mapping out days workout and getting my water jug ready!

Count me in, too. I definatly need to make going to the gym a priority. It's so easy not to!!
And the water, I'm working on it. I have a 32oz bottle I fill in the am and try to drink by the end of the day. It's hard!!! I would much rather have a Coke Zero!!
And the snacks.
I can do this!!!
