Default I think today's the day I lose 200 lbs overnight
I've been deep breathing all day. Those of you who know me know that I have been struggling with my relationship, mostly trying to figure out how to end it, since i have given up on figuring out how to fix it.
I have class in an hour and then after class I think I'm going to do it. I mean, we live together, so I can't just totally end it end it, but I'm going to tell him I'm planning on leaving when my semester's over.
My stomach is in knots but I notice that deep breathing helps. I really hope I find the will to get this done. Walking around with it over my head for the past few months has been horrible.
Send me lots of strength!!
(I'm hoping that by posting this here, it will help me actually go through with this).

I gotta say, that post title was very intriguing. It also shows that despite your emotional discomfort over this, you are keeping your head about you, and your sense of humour. This suggests to me that deep down, you know you can do this.
