Default Greek yogurt update

Thanks for the encouragement to try the greek yogurt! I really, really like it!
I bought the Fage 2%, and used it like this:

1/2 cup Fage 2% plain mixed with 1 tsp of cinnamon honey.
Stirred in 1 cup of chopped strawberries and 1/2 cup of Organic hemp granola (Nature's Path). (aprox a 260 calorie breakfast)

It was so much better than the regular yogurt I normally use in this meal. Creamy and almost fluffy, and the taste was different. It really has very little fat - about 3 grams for that serving, a few extra grams isn't going to hurt me any.

I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Lori, I am a fan too. If you have a Trader Joe's, they carry the Fage for less than the grocery store. They also have their own brand which I hear is just as good or better, but I haven't tried it yet.
FWIW, I started out on the 2% also because I didn't think I'd like the nonfat. Once when I went to buy it though, they were out, so I ended up with nonfat, and I really couldn't tell a big difference. Now the nonfat is all I eat.
