You keep the same portion sizes from Gold to Green, you just lose a Veggie and Fruit...

I needed to laugh right about now....Thank you !

Didn't think dropping a veggie and a fruit would be a big deal, but man am I hungry today...lol....I also do about 40 minutes of cardio a day...any idea if green is the best way to go or should I just stick with gold.....help!!!!

Stick with gold, the green will send you into starvation. It's just not enough calories.

FYI the sign is still up, as are the window posters in Levittown. Was so tempted to take a picture of it, they could at least take down the window advertisements.

That was my old center back in 2000...this time I did it online and lost more than in the center..lol...go figure! When should I go onto maintenance? I never actually made goal the first time around

When you reach goal . It's been a rough week, I'm in smart alec mode here.

My thing was I was going to maintain when my waist got below 30 inches, which is exactly wha I did. If I had waited for goal weight I would still be trying to budge those pounds and I'd probably have the same size waist as a 9 year old boy.
