Default How many Points??

Could someone please help me with the points . I weigh 135 and want to lose 10lbs how many points to I get. Thank You.

i think it's 18 points, but i forgot to ask how tall you are. and would you say you stand most of the day or walk most of the day (what do you do at work?). cuz if you're walking a lot for work or whatever, you get 2 more points.

I am retired but I never sit down. Just recently my 90 yr dad came to live with us so I am always doing something.I try to exercise at least 5days a week for 1 hr and I am 5'3. 18pt is what I figured but holy c...? that is not very much food. Any suggestions?

No... no it's not a lot of food But don't forget that you also get 35 Flex Points a week. AND! Vegetables Vegetables Vegetables! Most are zero points, and they really bulk up a meal.

Any suggestions on what for dinner. That is my worst time. I do pretty goood during the day.
B is LC and fruit
D that is tough I cannot feed Lc to my DH and dad

you can also use activities points on the days you exercise to add to your 18 daily points. do you have a way of calculating them? if you do 1 hr of moderate intensity you could get 3 AP's. that might help. and you can divide your 35 flex points up so you have an extra 5 each day.

also, for dinner (or whenever), try to buy leaner meats with lower points. have a big salad and veggies for sides. and if you have potatoes or rice or pasta, just be really careful with portions. like faerie said, check out the recipes section!
