Yay!!!
I kind of took a month and a half off of dieting (ie seriously counting calories) and have just gotten back to things recently. When I returned from vacation I was at 198lb (having left at 204lb about two months earlier) and am FINALLY in the 180's
after about a month of serious counting. Today I weighed in at 189.2! Totally euphoric feeling...
My original goal was to be at 180 by April which I think I can meet but obviously I'm going to need to reset my goal because 180 isn't really a healthy weight for someone who is 5'5". Back when I was at 250lb, 180lb seemed so low and such a far away goal. It's soooo close now!!!!
Also, I'm finally getting the feeling that I need to step up my exercise routine and start running... it's odd but I like dream of running at night.
I'm able to go a good 45min on the elliptical or stairmaster at a reasonal resistance so I think it may be time to venture outside and start running. Maybe soon...
Anyways, I may not post much but I READ all the time for support.
