Lost 16 Pounds!...so far
So, I want to have a little mini celebration. I've lost 16 pounds since I've started counting calories the second week of January. My fiance has lost 20 pounds. We both have much more energy and his knee, back, and neck isn't hurting any more. I also don't sleep all the time, which is great since I like to get a minimum of 9 hours of sleep a night.
The short story to how I (we) got here. My fiance and I started gaining weight when we met and started dating. We finally were both happy, in love, and had someone to eat out with. So, that is what we did. We ate out (almost) every single day. We've been together now for six years and I've gained 50 pounds and he's gained 40-50 pounds.
Anyway, I just wanted to say, "Yea for me!" I'm on one slippery slope I don't mind being on.
