new to the board,as I have been on the South beach & Low carb boards.But those WOE plans are not working for me anymore. I think its because of portion control. I'm eating way too many portions,.and need to come back to WW to keep me in control.
Hope I'm posting to the right thread,as I'm doing WW at home.I have an old program from the exchange plan that I'm working on right now,and lost 1 lb in the process.
So if you allow me to join your ladies in the ww journey of healthy weight loss.I will be very great full. In return I will help & support any one that need help.
