I've been doing a lot of reading about the link between HFCS and cravings/binges. Plus, I have two young kids that I want to keep as healthy as possible.
Has anyone tried to cut out High-Fructose Corn Syrup? What were your experiences?
I cut out that junk years ago. Following a whole foods lifestyle makes it easier, naturally, but it can be done even if processed and packaged foods make up a big part of your plan. You just need to be an avid label reader and choose more "natural" brands.
