Default Walk Firm sequence?

Hi evryone!

I am the proud owner of the new walk firm system... I see the food plan but i do not have a calendar explaining when to use the videos... Anyone know what the order and how often to do the tapes? I am missing something in the box?

What all is in the box? Also, pay attention to the paperwork or the end of a video. You may be able to get a free membership to Leslie's club.

You do what you want as much as you want. I would recommend that you start with 1 mile. You can work up to the rest. The Walk Slim dvd that is only the stretchie is a good workout. You will feel it.
