More reason for people to opt for whole grains; and for that I was glad to read that article...
In my opinion, whole grain foods even taste much better than their processed white versions. Weird, huh?

I'm slowly getting boobalah to eat more whole grains. He's stopped putting up a fight when he wants french fries and I opt for brown rice.
