Default Another Fed Gov research

I just watched the Nightly News on ABC and the federal goverment or some group researched artificial sweetners and states that people using the sweetners or drinking diet soda actully gain weight instead of losing weight. They stated that using these sweetners, people eat more. I have been using Equal for mant many years and I probalby will use for many many more.

Plus, its been shown that artificial sweeteners can cause cancer.

And if you eat foods that are artificially low-fat and non-fat, you might end up eating more because you feel better that its non-or low-fat.
