Check out the bits about raw chocolate. It's good for you because it's the real, unprocessed (and organic) thing! It's all the chemicals and sugar and dairy they add to shop bought chockie that makes it make you fat and ill. I didn't find raw chockie too much of an acquired taste and although it's expensive a little goes a LONG way... and heads off any chockie cravings too.
