Well im still at the 28lbs mark. 1st wk-11lbs, 2nd wk-9lbs, 3rd wk-8lbs. 2lbs to go lol. Do u notice anything the numbers are getting smaller
lol. im soooo excited i have plans to buy an outfit. and he said 1 of the nicest thing to me the othe day that he was proud of me. (i think that was hard for him to say that. lol) he weighed in n gained a pd what a shocker, lol, but still proud
and i always let him no that he is doing good n proud of him. and that im glad to having him do this with me. he is down to 15lbs total.
i can total see the changes in him u can see it in his shoulders n his face, but as fas me maybe a lil in the midsection. he says that he cant see that im losing but i feel so much better.
