Tomorrow I will be going to see my Nut. It's my last visit before surgery. She'll be going over all of the vitamins and my eating plan with me. There is also a sample pack of protein drinks and soups etc...that they ask you to buy. I don't think it's very expensive and I have been encouraged by a friend of mine to buy it and try the stuff NOW instead of waiting until I get home and find out I don't like what I have in the house to eat.
I'm anxious to see what she has to say about everything. This is just one step closer to getting my date. Maybe, just maybe she'll be able to tell me my surgery date. At first we did not see eye-to-eye but as time went on and she trusted me to know my own body and what would work for me to knock off some weight I think she relaxed a bit more around me. I want that date!!!
