My long term goal is to lose 80 pounds and, of course, get healthier. So I joined a fitness club in my area a couple weeks ago, and all women's gym, and have loved it so far
, I really like a weight-lifting/bodytoning class they have. I also like running in my neighborhood and on the treadmill. Anyone have any suggestions for exercises or group fitness classes that you enjoy?
