Thumbs up Great soups for the calorie counter!

I am about to start searching down EASY soup recipes that are awesome as well as low in calories for those of you that count them. I have already added one that I made today. It is AWESOME!! Check it out and let me know what you think!

mmm, I love me some butternut squash soup. I put apples and curry powder in mine. I just generally love soup, I'll be interested to see what else you post.

ooh, the taco soup sounds really good! I think I'm going to try that. I love sticking things in my slow cooker and having it ready for when I get home from work.

BTW, I know that the servings are high on these soups, but that's what I like about them. Put them into freezer bags or containers and freeze them. If you work, you can just grab a bag/container and have some pre-assembled side salads in little baggies in the fridge. It's awesome because you don't have to plan lunch, it's already done. AND you don't have to cook everyday.
