How long is a string?
There are so many answers to that question, all of which may be right or wrong because we are all unique.
I'm sure you'll get plenty of answers, and not everyone will agree with my opinion but I'm sharing it anyway
I think the most important thing is to eat a varied diet with lots of lean proteins (fish, chicken, or mostly plant based proteins), lots of fruits and vegetables of many colors, whole grains, and 'good' fats, and limited dairy. Avoid highly processed foods, and strictly limit
added sugars.
Some of the newer diet books and experts are starting to ease off of percentages and specifics, and encourage variety because that helps us get more vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients necessary for better health and longer lives. Shake it up every day. As long as you are eating a wide variety of natural foods, and keep it reasonable in regards to calories, you can't really go wrong
