Default I am back
Returned to the beach this Monday after regaining 15 pounds that I had lost. I am on day 6 of Phase 1 and have lost 4 lbs. Happy with that. Struggling without the crackers and bread. Its orange season,too, here in Florida. Almost caved in last night, but didn't. I am going to try some of the recipes this weekend. Just a few more days to go to end the torture.

It's funny how delicious fruit looks when you're nearing the end of the 2nd week! You can do it! Stay strong just a little bit longer!
Phase 2 is closer than you think!
Congrats on losing the 4lbs!
I started back recently too...but instead of only regaining 15 lbs...I had nearly regained the 35 or so lbs that I had taken off before! Makes me crazy to think about it! But I did it once...I'll do it and more again!
