Here is a recent discussion about Wu Yi tea

Basically, Wu Yi tea is nothing special, it is another name for oolong tea. You can buy oolong tea in most grocery stores.

It won't help you lose weight but like all real teas, it has antioxidants which are beneficial for your health.
