Me: 178, down 1 pound from last week. Happy about this, but still bummed that I gained that weight at the end of last year. I've already covered this territory! Well, at least things are moving along in the right direction now.

Congrats, Tealeaf! I'm down 2.2lbs this week, for a grand total of 4.6lbs overall. Yay! I thought for sure I hadn't lost this time.

7 pounds since last Thursday (it is still Thursday here).

Just finished week one of South Beach Phase One so not expecting a huge loss the coming week.

Highlight: Today is the least I have weighed since my year of gain in 2003.

Fridays willbe my weigh-ins too and this is my first week into the diet and as of this moring i lost a total of 5 pounds! I'm so proud of myself that I made it through the whole week without cheating or binging!!!

Congrats ladies!!!! I'm so happy for you all!! I am down one pound this week, weighing in at 135. Man....I can't remember the last time i weighed 135. Well....I guess it was back about 10 years ago. lol.

On a brighter note, I did lose 4 inches overall so I know it's not necessarily awful that the scale didn't move, but psychologically when I am working this hard I *need* it to move, even a little, as an incentive to stay on track.

I'm down to 167 as of my official weigh-in day... but an unofficial I'm-scale-obsessed weigh-in from this morning left me at 167.7, which is probably just a fluctuation, but disheartens me still.
Either way, it means that since I started this crazy journey about two weeks ago, I've lost upwards of 8-9 lbs!
