And if that doesn't help...brush your teeth again, with the fakest mint possible then drink a bottle of water right away. It will make your stomach so confused it won't want food. It may sound extreme...but desperate times, y'know?
I've been able to stop a few of my own personal carb-slip up binges by either a) slipping away to the compie and looking at a picture of Lucy Lawless (my goal idol) or b) at home, pulling out my size 10 little black dress.
