Let's hop in for the weekly thread.

B - 2 small tangerines (40), 1 yogurt (60), All Bran's (170) + skim milk (60)
(plan)
L - Salmon (220), rice crackeres (90), green beans (30), 1 yogurt (60)
S - 1 apple (90)
D - Chicken (100), eggplant (60), pasta (150), 1 soy yogurt (87)

~1220 calories (I ate at friends' yesterday and, uh, it wasn't too great in terms of calories, so I'm not that hungry today. )

Exercise: 70 minutes biking.

D~southwestern salad (Romaine, chicken, corn, black beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, low-fat dressing)

I haven't figured out the calories yet, but my plan is to stay as close to 1200 as possible each day.

Exercise - 10 mins walk @lunch, 30 mins elliptical, back exercises

S - 1 cereal bar (85) (long study session planned; urgh)

D - 1/2 C squash puree (75), 1/2 C cabbage mixture (40), baked ziti (450)
S - ww toast (110) w/jelly (40), half serving frosted mini wheats (90), canned mandarin orange slices (70)
Total - 1794, that's what I get for eating less than 1000 cals before dinnertime...
Exercise - 10 mins elliptical, 25 mins MBWO - that's a "Most of the Body WorkOut!" leg lifts, pull ups, dips, crunches, lower back machine

D - salad, leftover stroganoff (made w/93% lean hamburger, lf sour cream, lf mushroom soup) over ?? (either noodles, rice, potatoes), veg
S - tootsie pop, apple

Exercise plan: elliptical intervals, WL

S - clementine (23), pile of baby carrots (30), handful of grapes (50), mini tootsie pop (15), heart-shaped piece of chocolate (37), one cookie (100), string cheese (80), one cracker (20)
D - salad (15) w/grapefruit and orange (20), dressing (90), veggie soup with barley and lentils in it (200)
S - piece of trader joe's frozen chocolate torte (300?), chai (80) w/skim milk (40)
Total - 1745 (approx)
