Cried this morning....
Thursdays are my weigh in day. I have never had tears before for a good reason when I've stepped on the scale. I am 175! That means I've lost 8 pounds! This was my first goal back when I was 200, now it seems so far from my next goal which is 150 but for some reason that number just hit me. I really think I CAN do the Valentine's Day Challenge. I've never met a goal on time before. And this is just from what's going in my mouth. I haven't started exercising yet. Although I am working long days and running my butt off there. So, thanks again to 3FC!

Lynsey, WTG, that is fantastic. I remember how excited I was when I saw that 175 too. It just felt miles and miles away from the 200. You are doing great and that 150 is just around the corner. Good job!
