Default I'm ahead for the month!
I know it's early and I shouldn't be celebrating just yet...but I am ahead of my weight loss weekly goal and my cardio/lifting goals and am on track eating wise. I guess I just needed it to be 2008 before my mind and body aligned properly!




I really needed the push this month mentally so I could start the year out right, and so far I am doing it!
