Hi, I am real new here. I have been surfing through all the threads, and am now real confused. There is a lot here!! Not sure I'll ever find my way back to this post even.
I am a christian mom of 4 great kids, trying to lose weight for the umpteenth time. Is that really how you spell that:
anyway, I am looking for some support, I am trying the Wendie plan, still, after all these years, the hardest thing I find is cooking for a family. I love veggies, would probably be somewhat of a vegetarian if I were single, but alas, I have family, and really don't want to cook them something, then something else for me. Even as I type this, it doesn't sound hard, but when I go to actually plan a meal, I draw a blank. Does anyone have any suggestions or resources. Thanks so much, and I look forward to hopefully finding this post again.
