I`m Ella, very new to this...
Looking for someone of a similar weight to do the one-month challenge with me. I weigh 191 lbs, or 87 kgs, depending on where you are in the world, and have just started a new diet today. Dont mind if youre more than me or less than me, as long as not tooo much more or less. Will commence the 1 month challenge from whenever whoever wants to participate, decides! So if you think a bit of competition will get you going (cos I certainly do) reply to the forum or email me at [email protected]. <<I check that more regularly than I`d come on here I`d say, so its probably easier if you mail me and I come on here to suss it out.
