One of my biggest gripes while losing weight (88 pounds to date but still a long ways to go) has been my trouble spots-- triceps, legs, saddlebags, stomach, etc.
I would have thought after dropping 88 pounds that I would see more of a reduction in my saddlebag areas... but they remained stubbornly the same as when I first started losing weight.
Then the other day, I was surprised to notice that the saddlebags on my lower body-- I can finally see a real reduction, however small or large!!
Sheesh! Took long enough to see a change! LOL
