I have FINALLY got some of my co-workers to join me in the crusade of losing weight!! Problem is, I need ideas! Does anyone else out there do anything at work. If so, do you all weigh in? Measure? Do you have teams? Prizes? As you can see-I need some ideas!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! (If there is a more appropriate place to post this, please let me know.)

We're getting ready to start something like this at my work. I'm going to have them weigh in and at the start of every week we pay $1.00 for every pound we've lost. At the end of 90 days the person with the biggest percentage of lost weight wins the money. Hope this helps.
