Default Do you have a favorite weight loss blog?

I am asking this here for two reasons: 1) I am a calorie counter too and 2) this is such a successful group of losers that I figure you all have much wisdom.

So what is you favorite weight loss blog? I love to read but I cannot stomach reading a magazine and then tossing it into the land of recycling every month.

Thanks

I like this one. I like a lot more of them but just can't think of any right now... oh, I like diet-blog also to keep up with new trends and interesting things in the weight loss/fitness world.

This one isn't necessarily a weight loss blog, but it is a healthy eating blog and I enjoy reading it.

I spent a couple of hours one afternoon reading the entire archive of this blog:
Pasta Queen

It's a good one.

I read a TON of weight loss/diet/nutrition/fitness blogs, and also started my own a few weeks ago. The ones I check daily are:

Fitness Blogs (corporate-y kind of)
Fit Sugar (fitsugar.com)
That's Fit (that'sfit.com)
Diet Blog (diet-blog.com)
iFit and Healthy (ifitandhealthy.com)
I Ate a Pie (iateapie.net)

Personal running blogs:
Pieces of Me (piecesofme1.blogspot.com)
Half-Fast (half-fast.org)
The Booze Hounds Inc Running Team (boozehoundsinc.blogspot.com)
Frayed Laces (frayedlaces.blogspot.com)
Just One Marathon (just1marathon.typepad.com)
I'll Run for Donuts (illrunfordonuts.blogspot.com)
Notes of a Non-Runner (nancy262.com)
Running and Some Sauce On Top (mynicknameisbooger.blogspot.com)

Personal diet/fitness blogs:
Lance: The Blog! (lancebreger.blogspot.com)
Sister Skinny (sisterskinny.com)
Go HL Go (runhlrun.blogspot.com)
Cranky Fitness (crankyfitness.com)
Go Me! Get Fit! (gomegetfit.blogspot.com)
Half of Me (pastaqueen.com/halfofme)
Fitness Fixation (fitnessfixation.com)
Lose the Buddha (ejshea.com/buddha)
14 by 40 (3fatchicks.com/diet-blogs/kaw16)

It's a lot, but not all of them update every day, and they're all pretty interesting/informative and/or funny.

Sure if you want to lose seven pounds look for the light weights. Haha, pun intended.

But if you want to get to the guts of weight loss, realistically, how much? (hundreds), how long? (years), how quick? (ssllooowwww!!!), how realistically? (really real):

Little bit to lose (under 30 lbs) but need inspirations?? Try:
