Changing thinking from negitive to positive...
On this subject of weight loss, it's not always an easy task...I have excepted the positive in my life when it comes to my music, art , teaching and running my gallery but when it comes to excepting the thing I have wanted all my life... Thinness... I still have the residual fears. Actually, it's weird to be able to see that up until now, I wanted to be thin at all cost but was doing things that stopped it from happening, not feeling like I deserved it or something like that. Well, that cat's out of the bag! LOL So, now to correct it!
I am the kind of person that...
-deserves to have the best life has to offer
-wants to be healthy
-doesn't let other people's negativity dictate my life
-can except good things into my life
-can let go of my own negative thinking
-can change my own future
-listens to the doctors and follows directions
-doesn't turn away from and isn't afraid to ask for the out stretched hand of help
-is strong...strong enough to fight the Ins. Company for 3 years!
-can get through anything
-will be just fine
