I think I need to go back to posting early in the mornng... I haven't yet gotten "back in control" Yesterday was a bust points wise...


Morning - 5
1/2 bagel, spoon cereal, cof , 1/2 banana

Midday - 5
1/2 chinese wrap - 5

Evening (da plan - 15)
very strange eating evening
drink - 3, potato chips - 6 pts, cheese - 6, celery - 0

Total points: 25

exercised = 3 act pts

cabbage/mushrooms/bacon 3/21
soup of some kind
vegetable of some kind
exercise; yup, going to the gym. gotta renew membership-
488 bucks. yikes.
water: nope, should consider it huh?
