Default Back again

Well I haven't been here in over a month and I really missed it. I did fall off track a few times, but thankfully didn't have a huge gain. I'm ready to get back on track now, so I'm going to try to come here everyday to stay motivated. Even though I haven't been exercising as much as I was before (plan on getting back on track with that tomorrow) I have been keeping up with my walking, so that's good. I'm not going to make a set goal for Dec. I'm just going to do my best, eat right and exercising daily and if I lose a little great, if more that's even better.

Good to be back.

Congratulations on getting back on the wagon! I also got off track (way off track!) but I'm ready to eat healthy again and get exercising. I didn't want to wait until the new year because I know I'd be 10 pounds heavier. It's nice to be in control again. Plus, I'm tired of my clothes being tight.

Today we're going on an eleven mile hike in the woods. Love the out-of-doors! We cancelled our Y membership because we just couldn't get motivated to exercise on a tread mill or elliptical.

Well it's good to have you back!! I'm glad you've returned as I think just being here is a step in the right direction for keeping oneself on the right path.

I'm glad you haven't experienced a huge gain and are getting back to the exercise and good eating. It's such a relief, isnt' it? Being ON track is so much more gratifying then being OFF. Good luck to you!!!
