I caved and ate the chips
BUT! I was good about my portion control, so my total calories for the day (pre-workout) is still just 1234. That's not that bad at all. Assuming the calorie count for exercise on DailyPlate is right, I netted 891 today, with 117g protein, 31g fiber, and 43g fat. It's not the best (especially the fat), but I'm still okay with that.
