Default Medicine Ball ABC's

Okay I have a total body work out....U use a medicine ball to draw out the abc's.....I started up doing it again and i use a 10lb ball! this really gets your heart pumping and you can feel it working....you have to draw the letters real big..so that you are stretching up and squatting down!!!!

I LOVE THAT CARROT!!!

Hmmm I've been wanting to get medican ball and try some stuff but I wasn't sure waht to do with it. That is a good idea. . .

I did mine.....Yea it is tiring....and you will feel it the 2nd day after! but you know that you are using your muscles.....YOU FEEL IT....

I use a 10lb ball and when I stared I could only make it to the letter F.......Now I make it all the way to Z, so I am getting ready to start doing 2 reps.....

If you so it while putting on some music, you can get a double whammy...your heart rate goes up so I think you get a little cardio while using the weight at the same time, I could be wrong, but it is not your traditional boring machine that you sit at to use weights....I like it, but I have to say IT TAKES A WHILE TO MAKE IT TO ZZZZZZZZ.......

Ok I got an 8 pound ball (borrowed my brothers small one) so I'm going to give it a try and then go to bed, I'll report tomorrow how far I get.

I love the work out.... Unfortunately I did not do any today...However I did do two reps last nitght...Yea!!!! Go ME! LOL.......

I did one rep then walked 3 times from my living room to my kitchen and then did the second rep.....I am on again tomorrow!!!!

I think this sounds like a fantastic idea. My boyfriend and I are climbing stairs tonight for Hancock pratice and then heading to the gym. I'll have him do the ABCs with me at the gym.
