Default Mini goal met 11/1/07 - 30 lbs!
I saw the scale at 189.8 today. I started end of July weighing 220 lbs. We (my husband and I) were on a meal delivery program for 1.5 months. we were satisfied with the food but we felt that we could eat healthier by cooking ourselves. It felt great when I was 199, woot onederland!! I'm going to set my next goals in 20 lbs increments. The hubby isn't doing too bad either. He's lost 31 lbs so far.

Way to go! I am a lot farther than you are from "onderland" (abour 45 lbs) but I will be greeting spring with it so when you hear someone shout that will be ME!!!

Congrats on your accomplishment (and hubby's as well)!! Pat yourself on the back multiple times today and tell yourself all the wonderful things you meant to before but didn't.
