I'm going for a simple, total minutes goal this month. I'd like to get in 2200 minutes. Between long bike rides and half marathon training it shouldn't be a problem.

My goal is to exercise, either running, or pilates at least 3 times a week. (This is on top of my 10 hour waitressing shifts 4 times a week....ugh)

I really liked using this last month. seeing all my exercise out there as a whole was pretty crazy. I never realized I did that much sometimes.
Goal: Continue as is. Add in weight training and swimming. Running only 3 times a week.

Okay, I'm not going to set a minute goal this time. Instead I'm just going to set a "I plan to do better than I have been" goal! I just went to the doctor yesterday, and she confirmed what I already know... I need to lose weight. So I was up at 4:30 am to go to the YMCA to work out. I did a good job today, I just hope it continues, I want to lose 5 lbs at least by the time I go back for my physical on the 21st. =) So here goes!

This is such a good idea, Well I'd like to do minutes 720 of cardio work, which is roughly 3x60minutes per week, this will either be quick walking, cycling or swimming, THIS IS A MINIMUM!!! On top of this, I'd like to do 480 minutes of weights and strength training, plus toning...which will come to about 4x30 sessions per week.
Will i keep too it?? Thats the question!!!!

I hope I'll get the hang of posting this so here goes. I already have set in motion what I am doing for a work out program---just more of the same.
Walking on treadmill 5x a week for 30 min each day M-F; lift free weights Tu-Th and Sat; Pilates/dance off dvds on the weekend (and if I can fit them in during the work week) and last all the other activity I am still doing: like painting (sustained for more than a half hour) in my apartment. and so on.
I would like to set a goal to do some sort of physical activity (bike ride, eliptical, pilates) for a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week. So that would be a minimum of 360 minutes for the month.

My goal is to reach 6 miles on the elliptical this month. I've been hovering around 5.3 - 5.6 miles and I'd like to increase my speed on the up portion of my intervals so I can achieve his goal. As far as resistance training, I want o increase my reps for each workout I perform. I also need to incorporate some ab work so I'm shooting for at least 100 crunches a week.
1 - Treating today as off day and working out Sunday, orig. off day (2 midterms tomorrow, yikes!)
2 - 60 mins cardio ellitpical 40/treadmill 20 | 4.8 miles | 0 Upper Body Resistance Training for 40 mins.
3 - 40 mins cardio: elliptical | 3.6 miles | 0 strength
4 - 60 mins cardio: ellitpcal | 5.7 miles| Full Body Resistance Training for 60 mins. (Side note, I'm getting close to my goal of running 6 miles in an hour, YAY!)
