There was a group of us who started the SBD October 15th. We were chatting on another forum and it seems to have VANISHED and all of our notes of encouragement, suggestions, weigh in information, etc. was all GONE!! I really hope that by posting with this title we can find each other again and resume our support for each other. We just started Phase 2 this week and I hope everyone is hanging in there and continuing weight loss.

This happened on another website, right? I'd hate to think of anything like that happening at 3FC!

You'll find tons of resources and support here. In entering Phase 2, you might want to read the Emergency Handbook for Phase 2 and What's your P2 Combo? threads in our FAQ. You should also check out the Phase 2 Food List - Most Current Version for the latest list of Phase 2 acceptable foods. Many are not in the hardback book and a few are not in the paperback.

I did a little googling and found the website where you were. Looks like like their entire forum is down due to a technical problem. I'm sure they'll be back up soon. This happens pretty frequently for that particular website.
