Question Arm falling asleep

Hi everyone,

Ok this is weird and I am wondering if anyone has ever had this problem.
I have always slept on my back and now I have started to sleep on my stomach (maybe because my stomach isn't as big anymore ) Anyways a couple of weeks ago I restarted working out with weights and that night I woke up in the middle of the night and my whole arm was asleep (I sleep with it underneath my pillow) I have never had that happen before, it did it that whole week. And then last week I wasn't at the gym at all so I noticed I didn't have that problem with my arm falling asleep at all. So last night I did my weight workout and when I woke up in the night my whole arm was asleep again. I really think its linked to my weight workout but it just seems strange, maybe its just me.
Has anyone else ever encountered this?

It could be that you are just rolling onto your arm, cutting off the blood flow. This used to happen to me fairly often when I slept on my stomach. I use a pillow now to keep me on my side because of my back problems. You could try forcing yourself to sleep on your side or back and see if it still happens.
