I have a feeling this was started already, as well

Morning 5
2 egg whites, 1/2 banana, cof, 1/2 pancake

Midday 6
fish tacos, 1/4 powerbar

Evening 14
corn/crab chowder - 3, ahi grilled - 4, bok choy - 2, rice - 2, 1/2 roll - 1, skinny cow - 2

Total - 25

Activity - 5 pts

Can you get a cold from your cats? I think I did. Feeling not so good today. Went slightly over but not much.

Myra - I also don't think you can get a cold from a cat... but you certainly can get allergies. I'm seriously allergic to dust mites and probably cat dander - BUT GIVE UP MY CAT!!! - NO WAY - and in LA dust mites are a given... so I put up with preventative inhalers and nose spray.
