Me: 178, up two pounds from last week. Well, been trying to shake my plateau by changing my eating patterns. Obviously, I still need to work on tweaking it. But, I'm not throwing in the towel on this yet. I just need to learn how to be successful in changing my habits, and that might take a little while. Hoping for a better report next week!
Another pound lost this week. Really slowing down the past few weeks. My mini-target to reach 240 by next week is still doable but, given recent losses, I may miss. Ho hum. Then I will have the real challenge of staying on plan in Orlando, probably impossible but I'm going to give it a real go.
I was 139 this morning, which means one pound down from last week. I'm a tad bit sore, so I'm going to drink plenty of water and weigh myself this afternoon and hope that I lost another pound . Oh, wishful thinking.
Today is the first time I have weighed myself since joining 3FC...I am happy to report a L.O.S.S. of 1.8 lbs!!! Thats the first loss I've seen since July! So I guess my dh's plan isnt TOO bad. Haha
So far so good for my 15lbs gone by New Years Eve!

156.5 up a half pound from last week, I finally gave in and updated my ticker...having trouble off and on right now with emotional eating a couple of times this week and yesterday was bad so I may be retaining some water, also, my exercise was not good this week other than yoga which isn't good cardio for me...sigh...here's hoping next week is better... Congrats to all you LOSERS though!!!!
206, down 2 from last week but I briefly saw 204 Sunday, so I know I have been eating badly and not exercisign enough. That's ok, I just got inivted to be in a wedding in 6 weeks so no more slacking! I'm re-motivated!
After bouncing like mad between 147 & 149 for more than a month after going back on some old meds, I think my metabolism has finally recovered -- 146.5 lb today, even though my measurements are all bloated by 1"-2" due to PMS!!! I'm so happy.
