I didn't see one for this week, so I thought I'd get it started - even if it is late!

Monday: DH was gone, so I had canned salmon on a salad.

Tuesday: DH still gone! WW sausage tortellini with pesto sauce and a salad.

Wednesday: San Antonio Style Tortilla Soup

Thursday: Cajun blackened salmon, red beans and (brown) rice, steamed salad

Friday: Turkey mignon, steamed broccoli/cauliflower, roasted red potatoes w/ lf cheese

Saturday: Grilled steaks, grilled zucchini, salad

Sunday: Chops N' Kraut, steamed spinach, salad, ww rolls

I've had a crazy week, not so good on following the planned menus, but here's mine:

Sunday and Monday: open faced "reubens" - rye bread, turkey pastrami, kraut, lowfat swiss, broiled in the oven.
Tuesday: I cannot remember...???
Wednesday: Fried chicken and mashed potatoes (DS's birthday dinner request). I did not partake - felt sick anyway. Ate some ham and lettuce roll-ups.
Tonight: Pork Loin chops and sauerkraut, salad
Friday: Going to Medieval Times for continued birthday celebration - who knows? I'd better check out the menu in advance.
Saturday: Chicken Divan

Hmmm...this week has been really unstructured. Which is unusual for me.

Monday - Mexican type salad
Tuesday - Left over Panda Express
Wednesday - Tuna fillets and salad
Thursday - Taco Bake
Friday - some kind of chicken =)

Monday...left over roast from Sunday

Tuesday....chicken rolled up with herbed laughing cow

Wednesday...crazy afternoon, so we had breakfast!

Thursday...Grilled Tuna Salad (picture attached that I sent to my daughter as a joke...she called me from LA when I was eating and told me to send her a picture of what she was missing)

Friday...no idea. Going to a gardening presentation and they will have brisket...guess I'll grab a quick salad at home before I go.
