Down 4.8 this week. Did the same things I do every week and this week the weight fell off like water. Anybody figure that out, please feel free to PM me. lol.

I am down a pound. Officially the scale read 265. Atleast it moved down. Next week I am hoping for 3 pounds down. At this rate I need almost 3 pounds a week to hit my New Years Goal -- still achievable, but not if I keep procrastinating.

Leslie, Im right there with you. I need to lose another 21 lbs just to get to where I was when I started regaining and I have to do it by dec 20! I would really like to be down 41 lbs by then, but its too late now and its all my fault!

I keep sabotaging myself.

I don't think anyone will ever figure out why some weeks we are totally op and don't lose anything. Then the next week you do it all over again and lose. If anyone thinks they have it figured out believe me it won't be the same for you and me.
Anyways, great losses everyone. Hang in there when you stay the same or gain. As you can see by Robin41 it pays off.

Tricia - you're doing fine, and besides, I need to catch up with YOU now!! I won't be here to weigh in on Friday, we leave this afternoon and won't be home till Sunday night. So I won't be weighing in till next Friday.....and I hope I am in the low 180's by then!

I'm down 1.5 this week! Last week I was up .5 so I feel better! I don't understand the ups and downs in losses, either! Just glad that mine was down this time!
