Louisiana Baked Beans
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 1/2 (28 oz) cans vegetarian baked beans
1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend®
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation:
Brown ground beef in a skillet coated with cooking spray. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 35 to 45 minutes.
Makes: 18 servings
Serving size: about 3/4 cup
