I saw this article on CNN today about a woman who lost 95 lbs and I took a peek since so often these articles focus on strange things (like "I lost 95 pounds by eating COOKIES!" or something). I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is about a woman whose health was in danger, so she started walking, eating more fruits and veggies, paying attention to portions, etc. She then got into running and is now a marathoner. Sure sounds like a lot of ladies around here!
Anyway I thought it was nice to see a story like that.
