Default New here...
Hello, I am 36 and trying to get serious about weight loss. I recovered from anorexia 10 years ago but now I have trouble with sneaking food, and late night binges. I feel terrible about myself and need to lose about ten pounds, but I'm afraid even to get on a scale. I just signed on for Diets To Go, so I don't have to worry about calorie counting or portion control. I hope to find some good support here, and maybe I'll get to give some too
