im back, ready to jump on the wagon again, ready to reach my one stone target by christmas. I now have a little shed set up as a gym, with a sky glider, and exercise bike and a cross trainer. I figuredi would alternate on these weekly, and spend an hour a night, for 6 nights of the week exercising. Hopefully by christmas I will have reached my 9 and a half stone (133lb) target. Bring it on!
